Facade cleaning on the coast — questions

Won't a pressure washer damage my facade?

That's why we don't use high pressure everywhere. Render, decorative plaster and soft stone are cleaned with low pressure and a suitable agent. Brick in good condition can take more.

What about the joints?

If the joints are loose or weathered, we tell you upfront. It's better to have them repointed first, otherwise water can soak into the wall.

Do you also do apartment buildings?

For apartment buildings we check per building how to reach the facade safely. If an aerial platform is needed, it's included in the quote for the syndic.

How long will the facade stay clean?

That depends on the location. A north-facing facade or one under trees turns green faster. An aftercare treatment against algae slows that down.

What does facade cleaning cost?

That depends on the area, the material and the height. After photos or a visit you get a fixed price, with no surprises.
