Office cleaning — your questions answered

Why a different rhythm in summer?

Because your business in July is a different business from November. An estate agent or restaurant on the Zeedijk sees ten times the footfall in peak season. We set two frequencies so you're not paying for nothing off-season.

Why do the windows need doing more often here?

Sea air carries salt that settles on glass and hazes it faster than inland. On the Zeedijk you notice within days, especially street-facing.

Can you come before opening time?

Yes, that's standard for our hospitality and retail clients. We work before the doors open so nobody is moving among your customers.

We're seasonal and close in winter. Is that workable?

Yes. Some clients only have cleaning from April to October, with a one-off visit at opening and at closing. We simply arrange it that way.

Do you work along the whole coast?

Yes, from Middelkerke to Knokke-Heist. Our teams work the coastline, so several premises across different towns is no problem.

What notice period applies?

Three months by registered letter for fixed contracts. Seasonal arrangements simply run out.
